Ingredients

• 2 eggs, separated
• 1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
• 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp butter, melted
• 1 cup marijuana milk
• 1 cup fresh or frozen thawed blueberries, rinsed

Directions

1. Beat egg whites in a small bowl until stiff.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together.
3. In a medium mixing bowl, mix egg yolks, butter and marijuana milk together.
4. Stir marijuana milk mixture into the flour mixture; mix until batter is smooth and stir in blueberries.
5. Fold in beaten egg whites.
6. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
7. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve with maple syrup or jam.
